Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, 14 May, 2026: Jamjoom Fashion Trading Company (“Jamjoom Fashion” or the “Company”), a leading regional fashion retail business and owner of homegrown brands, today announces its financial results for the six months ended 31 March 2026, marking a period of strong revenue growth, accelerating digital momentum, and continued investment in its retail estate across the GCC.
Revenue for the period reached SAR 425.2 million, representing 13.3% year-on-year growth, supported by organic growth of 6.5%, higher customer traffic, and increased average transaction values across both physical and digital channels. The Company’s e-commerce channel grew nearly 50% during the half, becoming Jamjoom Fashion’s number one store by revenue, a milestone that reflects the strength of its fully owned digital ecosystem spanning websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
Both flagship brands delivered strong performances. Nayomi generated revenue increase by 11.8% year-on-year, with growth across all category pillars. Mihyar continued its standout trajectory, with like-for-like growth of 20.5%, operating exclusively within Saudi Arabia. Mihyar’s share of Group revenue has grown from 15.3% two years ago to 18.7% today, within a group that itself grew 46% over the same period.
Net profit for the half increased to SAR 80.5 million, with gross margin stable at 70.0% and EBITDA growth of 10.9%. The phasing of new store investments during the period influenced the bottom line: seven of the eleven net new stores opened in H1 commenced trading in the final weeks of the period, carrying a full cost base from day one but contributing only weeks of revenue. This front-loaded investment creates a natural earnings tailwind as those stores reach their full trading potential in H2 and beyond.
The Group closed the half with 229 stores across six GCC markets, comprising 164 Nayomi and 65 Mihyar locations. During the period, Jamjoom Fashion added 11 net new stores and renovated or relocated eight outlets. Mihyar accounted for 12 net new openings with zero closures, growing its average store size by 15.2%, reflecting deliberate investment in more immersive retail formats.
Customer numbers increased by 10.7% to 1.6 million during the half, while average transaction values also grew year-on-year. That combination reflects genuine brand momentum rather than one metric compensating for weakness in another. The underlying drivers were new category introductions across both brands, CRM-driven targeting that improved visit frequency and conversion, and a deliberate investment in inventory depth.
Saudi Arabia, which represents 71% of the Company’s revenue, over-delivered against internal plans during Ramadan despite the period of geopolitical uncertainty. Across the Gulf markets, the majority recovered well from the disruption experienced in March, with positive momentum now visible across all markets.
Commenting on the results, Stephen Holbrook, Chief Executive Officer of Jamjoom Fashion, said:
“Our e-commerce channel is now our number one store, growing nearly 50% in the half. That milestone, combined with double-digit growth across both Nayomi and Mihyar, demonstrates what happens when storytelling brands meet a fully integrated, regionally built operating model. We invested ahead of the curve this half, opening eleven new stores to strengthen our estate, and that investment positions us well for the second half and beyond. We are cautiously optimistic about H2, and we expect to increase our market share and deepen our dominance in the categories where we excel.”
